Pook Art By JJ will take your order to the address you want, providing you with coverage in all destinations in the Mexican Republic through different courier companies.

  • Shipping cost will vary with the offers of the month

Delivery times

    Your order will be delivered to the address requested by the client, the time may vary according to the times and availability of the parcel

    Customizable cap within 14 to 16 business days
    The delivery will be made at the indicated address and the delivery could vary according to the policies of each parcel company (consider that there are areas in which the parcel companies do not have daily deliveries).

    • If your purchase is confirmed before 12 pm Monday through Friday, the first business day is the day you make the purchase. From that day the preparation time will begin to count.
    • If your purchase is confirmed after 12pm, the preparation time will start counting from the next business day.
    • If you make a purchase on Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery time will start counting from the next business day of confirmation of your purchase.

    Delivery exception

    In case of not finding someone to receive the merchandise,
    the courier provider will make a maximum of 3 visits to your home, if the package cannot be delivered on the third visit, the product will be located in an office of the courier company for a certain time in accordance with the policies of each courier.
    Please dial the corresponding parcel number to schedule delivery or collection at the offices; when the storage time expires and you do not pick up the package, it will be returned to origin.

    Customer return process:
